Ethical Information
Ethics CLEs are occasionally entertaining, often informative, sometimes infuriating, and generally a little painful.

But it isn't a bad way to spend a Friday afternoon!

no -- I've often thought the 'theater' CLEs would be fun, but this is a free seminar offered by out malpractice carrier.

There's some mediocre acting on video vignettes, and a wonderful Bar Counsel representative (I'm not just saying that because I went to law school with her).

We just had our yearly code of conduct training this week. I got an answer right and was given a vibrating pen...

I almost called the hotline to report the pen as inappropriate. ;)
